Lead quality team to deploy stand work through MOST-1 teaming with operations to improve COQ performance to 1% Conduct formal root cause analysis and corrective actions to understand and eliminate excursions Lead local quality team to team with operations to assess and conduct training as needed Identify critical process variable using Process Characterization Develop process controls to reduce process variation to target control limits Utilize statistical and DOE tools to measure and refine process control systems Routinely update SOP’s, procedures and training material to reflect continually improvement in quality requirements Monitor on-going performance of system, prioritizing actions to achieve annual commitments Participate in annual value stream mapping event, identifying and leading quality projects as needed to attain 1% COQ Team with finance to update weekly and monthly performance reports, corrective actions and associated financial impact to plan and/or gap closure Provide proactive leadership to elevate the value proposition as stable and reliable provider of quality doors Coordination and implementation of identified control with sister plants Collaborative participation with Divisional Quality initiatives and projects Safe Production: Masonite strives to maintain a target 0% safety incident rate.
